Founded in 2017, BROSH was created with a clear objective: to develop a pomade that truly suited Japanese hair and styling preferences. At the time, most pomades available in Japan were imported products that did not fully match the texture, performance, and standards expected by local barbers and consumers.
After extensive development and refinement, BROSH Original Pomade was launched in 2017 under the proud banner of Made in Japan. The product quickly gained recognition among barbers and helped establish BROSH as a benchmark for Japanese-made pomades.
Today the brand offers a full range of professional styling products including classic pomades, matte stylers, hair powder, and a growing wash line, along with combs, barber capes, and original accessories that reflect the brand’s connection to modern barber culture.

At the core of BROSH is its close relationship with Brothers Cut Club, one of Japan’s most respected barbershops. That partnership has played an important role in shaping the brand’s identity and ensuring that every product reflects the needs of working barbers.
Since launching, BROSH has expanded rapidly beyond Japan and is now distributed in more than 50 countries worldwide.
In 2024 the brand opened its first select shop, KADSURAYA TOKYO, in Harajuku. The space reflects BROSH’s broader vision of promoting Japanese barber culture and craftsmanship to a global audience.
Ultimate Barber Supply will be introducing the BROSH range to Canada through respected independent barbershops, educators, and specialty grooming retailers across the country.
